It is up to me - there is no teacher, no guide, no one to tell me what to do. I am alone in a brutal world.

We are always adding and subtracting from what we are - weighing, comparing, judging, modifying, changing as a result of internal and external pressures - living in a field of conciousness of our own knowledge, experiences, and innumberable calculations based on our own memories, experiences, knowledge, traditions, influences and varities of suffering and joys - all of which are part of the past
